รับซื้อไม้ยูคาลิปตัส
รับซื้อวัตถุดิบ (ไม้ยูคา, เศษกระดาษน้ำตาล, สารเคมี, เชื้อเพลิงผลิดกระแสไฟฟ้า)

รับซื้อเศษกระดาษน้ำตาล กระดาษลัง
ต้องมีการอัดก้อนเศษกระดาษน้ำตาลก้อนละ 100 กิโลกรัมขึ้นไป และรับซื้อครั้งละ 1,000 กิโลกรัมขึ้นไป โดยมีการหักค่าความชื้น และสิ่งเจือปน ตามกฎเกณฑ์มาตรฐานที่บริษัท ฯ กำหนด

กระบวนการสับไม้
ไม้ยูคาลิปตัสที่ผ่านการตรวจจับโลหะแล้วจะถูกลำเลียงเข้าเครื่องสับไม้
เพื่อสับไม้ให้ได้ขนาดตามที่ต้องการ และจะถูกลำเลียงเข้ากองเก็บเพื่อรอนำไปผลิตเยื่อต่อไป

กระบวนการต้ม
นำไม้สับที่ได้มาตรฐานไปต้มกับสารเคมีต่างๆเพื่อให้ได้เยื่อไม้ตามประเภทที่ต้องการเยื่อที่ได้จะเข้าสู่กระบวนการคัดกรองสามารถแบ่งออกเป็นเยื่อฟอกและเยื่อไม่ฟอก

กระบวนการผลิตน้ำดีกลับคืน
น้ำที่ได้จากกระบวนการต้มเยื่อจะถูกส่งไปสู่กระบวนการผลิตน้ำดีกลับคืน (Recovery) โดยการผสมสารเคมีเพื่อบำบัดให้กลายเป็นน้ำบริสุทธิ์ สามารถนำกลับมาใช้งานใหม่ในกระบวนการต้มเยื่อ ( Plup Mill ) ได้อีกครั้ง

แผนกคัดกรอง และล้างเยื่อ
เศษกระดาษที่รับซื้อจากลานกระดาษ นำไปแยกสิ่งเจือปน และสิ่งแปลกปลอมที่มีขนาดใหญ่ เพื่อให้ได้เยื่อที่มีคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุด

ไอน้ำ
ไอน้ำที่ได้จากกระบวนการ Recovery ถูกส่งไปที่โรงไฟฟ้าเพื่อผลิตพลังงานไฟฟ้าส่งให้แผนกต่างๆรวมถึงการผลิตกระดาษ

กระบวนการผลิตกระดาษ
นำเยื่อไม้ และเยื่อกระดาษมาผสมกับสารเคมี และสี เพื่อผลิตกระดาษ
ตามสูตรแต่ละผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ต้องการผลิต

บำบัดน้ำ
นำน้ำเสียที่ได้จากกระบวนการผลิตต่าง ๆ มาบำบัดให้สะอาด โดยการเติมสารเคมี
เพื่อให้น้ำกลับมาสะอาดตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน และปล่อยลงสู่บ่อน้ำในโรงงาน
สามารถนำกลับมาใช้งานใหม่ได้อีกครั้ง

ตรวจเช็คคุณภาพกระดาษ
กระดาษคราฟท์ถูกตรวจโดย LAB QC เพื่อดูค่ามาตรฐานก่อนออกจำหน่าย ส่งมอบให้ลูกค้า ตรวจสอบกระดาษคราฟท์ หากกระดาษไม่ได้มาตรฐานจะถูกส่งกลับไปลานกระดาษน้ำตาลเพื่อเข้าสู่กระบวนการผลิตกระดาษใหม่ กระดาษที่ได้มาตรฐานจะถูกนำมาเก็บที่คลังสินค้า ( Warehouse ) เพื่อเตรียมส่งให้ลูกค้าต่อไป
The company has implemented several projects related to reducing air pollution in order to control air pollution both inside and around the factory areas to remain within legal standards.
Modern technologies have been adopted to reduce air pollution from the production process, such as electrostatic precipitators (ESP) and wet scrubber systems that reduce odors emitted from vents. Air quality is regularly monitored and observed by external laboratories to ensure strict legal compliance.
Kraft paper products are certified according to FSC CoC standards or the chain of production certification standards for using wood as raw materials. The wood used as raw materials in paper pulp production is wood that comes from forest plantations that are managed sustainably according to academic principles (FSC-Forest Management), such as planting in legal areas, not encroaching on forest reserves, planting replacement trees, taking care of biodiversity, taking care of surrounding communities, and taking care of biodiversity, etc.
The company places importance on product quality with the belief that good product quality comes from good management system quality. Therefore, the company has developed a quality system in the organization until it has been certified with 2 international standard systems: Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015) and Laboratory Accreditation System. As a result, customers can rest assured that they will receive quality products as desired within the specified timeframe as well as receive reports on various properties that are accurate and reliable on the international level.
