Panjapol Pulp Industry Public Co., Ltd. and Panjapol Paper Industry Co., Ltd. are engaged in the business of producing pulp and kraft paper, being trusted and accepted in the kraft paper industry as being the best in the country in terms of quality.
From the past to the present, we have committed to developing the business for efficiency in every aspect, including development of personnel within the organization to maximize operational efficiency under management principles that follow international standards, in addition to applying modern technology to develop product innovations for better quality.
We focus on maintaining long-term relationships with customers, while improving service standards to maximize service quality and deliver products on time, which enables us to swiftly meet customer needs with the ability to access and understand to every need.

The Company’s Journey
The bark dryer project was initiated on 12 September 2024.
Benefits:
- Reduced coal usage by 50 tons per day.
- Reduced the waste material storage size in the factory.

A transformer installation project was initiated on 9 October 2024 and will be completed on 31 March 2025.

A solar farm installation project was established on 18 August 2023 and completed on 11 October 2023.

An access road construction project was initiated on 8 March 2023 and completed on 7 July 2024.

- Reduced risk of accidents from damaged roads.
SPM Genius Machine Condition Monitoring Project on 19 January 2023.

- Ability to track the emission of various gases into the atmosphere and continuous control of emission values.
Paper cutting machine installation project on 17 February 2023:
Benefits:
- Ability to cut the size of paper rolls to the sizes wanted by customers in cases where the desired sizes are out of stock.
- Reduced loss of paper rolls with defective roll heads and torn rolls.
CCTV installation project on 3 May 2023.
Benefits:
- Inspection, prevention and surveillance in various areas, as well as maintaining the safety of machinery and equipment in various areas and employees who may experience incidents in risky areas.
Project to change the Trailer head/ten-wheeler on 8 October 2022

The CNCG installation project was initiated on October 2019 and the system was launched on 25 February 2022.

- Reduced problem of CNCG gas emission to the atmosphere.
- Reduced gas odor in the work area.
- Reduced corrosion caused by CNCG gas.
Fire extinguishing system installation project completed on 21 December 2021.

- Fire prevention.
- Reduced fire losses.
- Compliance with legal requirements.
FSC CoC standard system certification was granted on 4 February 2021.
The wood pallet project was launched in mid-2019.
The lime kiln installation project was started on 8 August 2019.

- Uninterrupted production during lime shortage.
- Reduced problem of low quality lime, inconsistent quality, and impacts on the quantity and quality of the “white liquor” solution.
- Reduced environmental management problems, elimination of lime sludge management problems, lime odor and dust.
- Able to reduce production process cost from using lime in the chemical recovery process.
- Able to reduce the burden of disposal of waste with high operational costs.
Water filter system installed on 19 February 2018.

Started supplying electricity on 16 December 1995.
started to operate the business of unbleached pulp with a production capacity of approximately 90,000 tons/year.
Panjapol Paper Industry Co., Ltd. (PPI) was established on 26 August 1987
with a production capacity of 300,000 tons /year.
